"It takes a significant amount of time and planning to create a high-quality 360° virtual tour that meets your project's goals."
To present your property at it's very best, attention to staging on the day of the shoot is a must! The fisheye lens camera will capture half the entire room from floor to ceiling in every shot. Whatever is visible from the camera's viewpoint will be captured in the final Photo Sphere of that location
About the 360° Photo Spheres:
Each individual location in your property tour requires taking 12 individual photos shot in a full circle using a tripod mounted DSLR camera equipped with a large fish-eye lens. This makes makes one complete 360° "Photo Sphere". Your tour may need 5-24 or more of these Photo Spheres to cover your property to the level required.
All of the 360° photos are then processed by Visual Properties 360 to produce the individual photo spheres which are then linked together to complete a 360° Virtual Tour of your business.
Virtual Tour Photo Shoot Planning Guidelines
- Pick a location that the end user will see first. This is where they will start navigating through the tour. In a custom tour this navigation can be to any other photo sphere in the tour. This can be done even if there is no clearly walkable path from one location to the next (as required by Google Street View)
- To insure a smooth tour experience for the end user the distance between any two 360° Sphere locations should be 10 feet or less for the best quality.
Optional "Feature Photos" Of Your Business:
While your property is staged at its best, consider including some high-quality, professional photographs that are taken to supplement and enhance your 360° "See inside" virtual tour by highlighting specific and unique areas of your business. This could be anything that someone may find useful about or pertinent to your business.
